Astrachem Saudi Arabia has
recently acquired an operating business entity in Turkey
“Yildirim -Ince Tarim Veteriner Ilaclari, Danismanlik ve
Muhendislik Ltd sti, ”. The purchase of this entity was
finalized and registered in Adana Trade Registry during March
2007 thus acquiring all of the outstanding capital stock of the
company, assets, inventory…etc.
Yildirim -Ince is operating as
an affiliate of Astrachem Saudi Arabia represented by Mr. Ihsan
Yildirim as General Manager and Mr. Ziya Ince as Area Manager.
This company is engaged in
distributing various agricultural products such as (Furamax 4F
from FMC, Benomyle from China, Even Humicos 20%, Bon Mn, Bon Zn
and Bon Mix from Spain).
Astrachem line of business
will be extended to Turkey and all other countries; the start
will be based on:

Increase number of products available from different suppliers.
·
Concentrate on registration from Astrachem Plant.
·
Increase geographic cover and outlets in districts.

relocated in Yemen few months ago as Country Manager. Eng.
Saleem was managing Hail branch in Saudi Arabia for 5 years.
Astra Agriculture in Yemen has
launched important products from Astrachem through its operating
office and sub-dealers such as Sheba and Al-Amery.

Specialty Chemicals, Frezno Seeds, Kekkila have been launched
and available through Astra Agriculture.
